Issues with a Design or problems Uploading a Design
If you are encountering issues with a design or when uploading a design, see below for some troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure the file you are using is in a compatible format. Ideally an SVG File will be available.
- Make sure that if you have downloaded the file from a site such as ours, that you have unzipped it. For example the Free SVG Files on our site are zipped up and inside that Zip file are the actual files you can use with Cricut Design Space. See our guide on unzipping SVG files.
- If the file fails to upload, can you open it in another application? If not perhaps the file is damaged and that’s why it cannot upload.
- Make sure your connection to the Internet is stable and working correctly. It likely is if you don’t have other issues such as streaming on Netflix or using other websites.
